Here is the unedited recording of Dr Munisamy presenting his case to the Election Observers from the Southern African Development Community on the eve of the hearing. Two of them attended the Supreme Court the next day. However, before the merits of the case were argued in the Judge’s Chambers, they were requested to leave by the Judge at the command of Sir Hamid Moolan. The Judge then sealed his Chamber of Secrets. When asked if they were outraged by this they replied: “Not at all. This sort of thing happens all the time back home.”

The recording represents what they might have heard had they been allowed to remain for the whole hearing…
