Did you read the Supreme Court’s Judgement of my case against the Mauritian Political Mafia? It is a travesty of Justice. Even by elevating French Law above the Constitution, i.e. trying to employ Argument 2 of my Affidavit, they could not come up with any substantial arguments. They completely ignored Argument 5, which is the killer. Apparently Sir Hamid Moollan (the Jabber) conceded that they would lose in the Privy Council. Expect a change in the Constitution shortly that will remove the Privy Council as the highest Court of Appeal. It will probably be sold to the public as the appropriate response to an expenses scandal. Unless, of course lucky Luke wins the day.
